Brandon L. League is a geographer with a broad background in physical geography and geographic information science. His research interests include mountain geography, biodiversity, and environmental change. His work has varied from a paleoenvironmental study of the fire regime in a tropical alpine ecosystem to providing technical assistance for a regional information system. He is currently working on a project that supports the technology infrastructure for the Southern Appalachian Information Node of the National Biological Information Infrastructure.
