Dr. Chris Cox is the Director of the Institute for a Secure and Sustainable Environment (ISSE) at the University of Tennessee (UT), where he is also Professor and Associate Head in Civil & Environmental Engineering. He has been on the faculty of the University of Tennessee since 1991, and is a registered professional engineer in the State of Tennessee.
