JRCEEC PARTNERS
The U.S. institutions instrumental in founding the JRCEEC in 2006 include the UT/ORNL Joint Institute for Biological Sciences (JIBS), UT’s Institute for a Secure and Sustainable Environment (ISSE), and UT’s Center for Environmental Biotechnology (CEB). On the Chinese side, participating units from the Chinese Academy of Sciences include the Institute of Geographical Science and Natural Resources Research (IGSNRR) and the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Science (RCEES).
Since 2006, two new partners have signed on: the Purdue University Discovery Park's Center for the Environment and the University of Science and Technology of China.
